Let the games begin

Typically, I kinda hate Christmas. I don't like being expected to spend money on people for the theoretical purpose of saving me from being a pagan.

But, on that note, REI Christmas this year. Which has begun.


Also-- climbing tonight. I sent every single problem in the entire gym that I had been working on. EVERY ONE! There was a problem I'd been working for over a month, and had been stuck on the same move every time. With a little outside input, I killed it. I killed a problem that was above and beyond what I thought I could do, then I did another one. And another one. Seriously did at least 2 routes I thought were completely out of reach for me (no lame pun intended). Really kind of motivational for me in a lot of ways.
Wery nice. Also, I found out there are people (Asian people at that) who honestly and truly have the middle name King Kong.
