eco stim/season stim

Dude! big things happening in the states right now. totally didnt expect a ruling on gay marriage. GOOD WORK CALIFORNIA! thank you for reminding the rest of the country that we're not all morons.
economic stimulus package-- while i really and truely feel you're just a distraction from all the stupid shit the white house is doing, i cant argue with 300 free dollars. well not really free. its more like they're giving me back some of my overpayer, underthought out, and horribly used taxes, while continuing to make me pay taxes despite putting myself through school.
but hey. $300 is $300.

meanwhile, in the southern hemisphere...
should brody stay in new zealand? should he go back to the states? should he actively pursue finishing his application for citizenship by decent, or should he take it home and finish it there? should he try harder to find a job in aotearoa, and thus a reason to stay? should he go back to the states where its not only warm, its hot?
stay tuned till next week to find out! (sorry, the old school BLAM! POW! batman is on tv here, and i've been watching it.)

New Zealand Update

Alright folks-- i'm way too lazy to tell everyone what i'm up to. if you wanna know, you'll come here and read it. if you're reading that-- good on ya.

I'm in the northland now. Bay Of Islands/Whangarei. I've been all over on the north island, seen heaps of family, and not really had a whole moment to myself. today would probably be the exception. i think i'm heading back to hamilton this week, but whn all your family wants to stay with them and only them, it gets a bit rough to leave anywhere. haha.
much love to my whanau.
anyway, it's a little crazy being down here. the first thing that shocked me, and still continues to shock me daily, is what an influence american has on the world. not just politically, but there is deffinetly that. i'm having no trouble keeping up with the election, for instance.
more over, i have yet to hear anything but american music down here. not hardly any of my favourite new zealand reggae bands, for instance.
anyway, i'm having a blast, and i'm filling out the paperwork to gain new zealand citizenship. its by decent, but really, it costs $200, and i really feel thats worth it.
